A new concept for Whole Foods Market, Citadel Construction was responsible for building the first Beer Room for the progressive grocer at their Bowery Flagship located on East Houston Street in New York City. Designed by SBLM Architects, construction was phased over the course of 4-months and required the demolition of a brick demising wall to conjoin the Beer Room and flagship outlet.
