Citadel Construction, having already completed numerous projects for MLB Advanced Media, LP was selected to build-out an entire floor atop New York City’s electric Chelsea Market. The fourth floor renovation, designed by Ted Moudis Associates, included the installation of a raised flooring system, conference rooms, glass office fronts, a new IDF room and extensive MEP upgrades and tie-ins. Working under intense scrutiny, Citadel also hoisted two 10-ton air conditioning units onto the roof from the sidewalk below using a crane.
