The new out-of-ground 125,000 SF new research and laboratory facility, located in East Hanover, New Jersey represented one of the most important and ambitious projects pursued by Givaudan Fragrances Corp. in recent years.

As construction manager, Citadel Construction brought a unique and compelling passion to the project. Working with the design firm of Montroy Andersen DeMarco and focused intently on quality control, Citadel with resounding success coordinated of many different trades and the installation of a sophisticated curtainwall system, laboratory case goods and series of complex MEP systems.
