Soon after Citadel Construction’s completion of Ermenegildo Zegna’s Boca Raton, Florida boutique, the leading couturier selected Citadel to build another Florida outlet at the prestigious Bal Harbour Shops, located in Bal Harbour, Florida.

Designed by Sawicki Tarella Architecture + Design, Citadel constructed a space that reinforced Zegna’s overall commitment to quality and luxury. Furthermore, by meticulously coordinating all field activities the boutique opened in time for the lucrative holiday shopping season.
