Previously the headquarters of the Globix Corporation, 139 Centre Street was purchased by Angelo Gordon Real Estate Inc in 2007. Acting as their construction manager, Citadel Construction was responsible for converting the 9-story, 3-lot building into to a commercial condominium.

To facilitate the Gene Kaufman design, Citadel performed a complete gut and fit of the interior, which also involved hoisting two cooling towers to the roof from the sidewalk below, two 4,000 amp electrical service units, new life safety systems and extensive MEP installations.
