Citadel is proud to welcome Frederick (Rick) Coffey to its ranks. A valuable addition to the executive team, Rick comes to Citadel from Credit Suisse where, as head of construction for the Americas, he managed a portfolio of over $100 million in capital improvement projects.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Rick held several executive positions at major project management and client advisory firms. His varied portfolio of completed projects includes a 40,000 sf production studio for MTV, a 275,000 sf headquarters for Pearson Plc and a 1,000,000 sf office tower in London’s prestigious Canary Wharf for Lehman Brothers. With a rich international experience in such leading cities as Paris, Toronto, Frankfurt, Rome, and Madrid, Rick’s natural aptitude and accumulated knowledge have propelled him to the upper echelons of the industry.

At Citadel, Rick will direct key areas of operations including project management, purchasing, sales and business development. Dedicated to help fulfill Citadel's mission to become one of the nation's foremost builders, Rick will take steps to ensure that every project performed adds true and lasting value to the built environment.
